You have the ability to search your school’s database for any student/ applicant you have going through the application process or enrolled in your school. You will find this feature on the “Recruitment” dashboard. Click on the “Recruitment” icon on your “my Management tools”dashboard (this will take you to another page). On the “Recruitment” dashboard you will click on the “Search User” tab on the left side of your screen. Which will open a new window for you to start your search.

In the search box type in your student’s name (you can search by name, phone number, email address, ID number). As the system locates your student you are searching for, you will see a list of possible students to choose from. (The possible students will show on the right side of your screen in green boxes). Choose your student by clicking on the corresponding green box with that student's name. Clicking on the green box will take you to the profile for that specific student.
On the student’s profile page you will get a quick glance at the student’s information (Their ID number, address, phone number, etc..). You will also have access to managing their account. (Assign advisors, deal with their program of study, and communicate with them to name
