Custom Contact: How Do I Add Project Components?

Custom Contact is a powerful tool that can be used to build Workflow and Automation Systems utilizing Custom Letters, Custom Reports and a system scheduling tool called CRON.

The Custom Contact tool can be found on the left side menu of all of the major administrative modules.

You can access the tool by clicking on the Custom Contact link and then selecting which version you chose to use.

To access the News Directory click the News icon

To access the Date Directory lick the Date icon

To EDIT a PROJECT job simply click the “BLUE ICON” button found at the end of the table row.

To ADD a New Component click the EDIT Components Icon.

To ADD a new component to your project provide the name / title for the component. This will allow you to easily identify it in your component directory.
