Launched from any administrator console (e.g. Registrar’s Module, Finance Module) the users dashboard allows school administrators / staff to view / edit user specific information from what we call the USER DASHBOARD.

For multi-tasking purposes, the user dashboard opens up into its own window.  The user dashboard is always viewed from the perspective of where the user search was performed.

For example:

  • Search from the Registrar’s Module --> view user information from the Registrar perspective
  • Search from the Finance’s Module --> view user information from the Finance perspective

  • You can switch the viewer's perspective of the user by clicking on their name, which is located on the top of the screen navigation bar.

  • The Select Console is permissions based and will only show you the viewer perspective that your account it has permission for.
