What are Custom Reports

Custom Reports are reports that can be custom designed by your team allowing you.  Using the various searchable fields from your database you can filter your data and generate the reports that you want, showing the data that you want.

The results from your reports can be used for a number of purposes.

For example:

  • Online Viewing
  • Download as PDF
  • Download as CSV
  • Download as XLS (Excel)
  • Attach Custom Letter and Email
  • Attach Custom Letter and print PDF
  • Send Custom Email
  • Send TEXT Message
  • Assign to Communication Plan
  • Assign Task to Task Manager

In the Custom Forms area of the campusSIS system, you have the ability to create, edit and delete custom fields and then embed them into Custom Forms.  These forms can be used to capture data points about your users.  Each form element (form field) is given a unique TAG name. 

CUSTOM FORM FIELDS
This tag name can be used as a search and report fields in any of your custom reports.
