What are Custom Forms

Custom forms are a means to collect specific information about your users.
For example:
The campusSIS system has very few data points that we collect as part of our system build - allowing for each school to create its own unique data set.
The system allows your institution to create an unlimited number of form elements, what we call form fields, and these are all found (created, edited and deleted) in your Custom Fields Index / Directory.
The system allows you to create an unlimited number of forms, what we call Custom Forms, and these are all found (created, edited and deleted) in your Custom Forms Index / Directory.
Each form element (form field) is given a unique TAG name.
MERGE FIELDS
This tag name can be used as a merge field in any of your custom letters.
CUSTOM REPORTS
This tag name can be used as search criteria or report results in any of your custom forms.
