What are Admissions Progress Report Uploads?

Progress Reports are administrator designed task lists that are assigned to your incoming applicants.  These lists are interactive between the admissions department and the new applicant.  This feature now allows for the admissions administrator to request document / file uploads on assigned “lists” elements.”



Admissions Module 
From the Admissions Module select the Progress Reports (v5) link which can be found on the left side of the screen.

The Progress Lists manager allows for you to create an unlimited number of “lists” but only ONE can be assigned to an incoming applicant at any time.

Module Menu →  Admissions → Progress Reports (v5) → <select list> → Edit

If an email exists … this email recipient will be notified when a student has uploaded a requested document / file.

If enabled … (the switch button is BLUE) the student will be able to upload file(s) ** more than one ** to the list element.



New Applicant Dashboard

You can then manage your incoming students through the Admissions section of the users toolbar.  You can access this through the “Search User (v5)” link which can be found on the left side of the page


Once your NEW APPLICATE signs into the OASIS system and views their dashboard the following will appear.

This will allow them to see where they are in the application process, view their TO DO list and interact with the admissions team as necessary.

If a list item requires a document / file upload the upload icon will appear at the right side of the page.

The applicant can also view / review the file directory for that list element by clicking the folder icon.
