Under the Module menu (upper right corner), go to “Development”

Click on “Business Accounts”
Click on “Business Manager”
Type in the business you would like to look up
- All businesses in your database will appear
- If the business is not there, click on “Add New Donor”
Click on “View Record”

Click on “Post a Donation”
Select “Planned Giving Fulfillment”
Select where the donation is being allocated to.
* If the date does not appear in this list, please create date using the “Manage Planned Giving” Tool.
Type in the donation amount
Type in the PMR (Person Most Responsible for the contact with the donor)
Select the Payment Type
Type in who the originating donor is (If the donor is not on the list, please create a donor account)
If the person is a donor, select “is a donor”
Click “Post a Donation”
