Knowledge Base: Help Wanted!

Knowledge Base

 

For the past 13 years Matt and I have worked diligently to provide the best possible customer service to you and your institution, however with the increasing number of schools that we support and the increasing level of staff turn over that each school is experiencing we are finding that it is becoming more and more difficult to provide support in a quick and meaningful matter.

Our #1 goal is to get to know our users and to train users 1 on 1 in an face to face environment.  However, we are aware that not every user needs this level of support, and frequently, the questions are easily answered and it seems somewhat excessive to submit a help desk ticket for simple training.


Because of this we have (finally) decided that we need to work on developing an online knowledge base / help center where you can go to find the answers that you are looking for.  (WE DO STILL PREFER THAT YOU CALL US FOR HELP - WE DO STILL WANT TO TALK WITH YOU)

Knowledge Base is (and always will be) a work in progress and we are excited about the opportunity to increase our level of support to your institution through it.

As you can imagine, the task of producing all of the articles necessary to adequately support this software is not going to be a small job.  If you, or someone in your institution would like to be an article editor / contributor please have them contact lucian.chenard@oasissis.com.  We are prepared to offer your institution credit on your next licensing renewal based on the level of contribution made by your institution.
