Campaigns:Creating Campaign Pledges & Systematic Giving 

The following article explains how to create campaign pledges and systematic giving.

A: Click on "Donor Manager" 

B: Type in Users Last name

       -If they are not in the system then hit "Add New Donor"

C: Next to the donor that you've received money from Click on "edit" 

D: Click on "Manage Planned Giving"

E: Click on "Add New Plan"

F: Create a title

G: Click on "OK"

H: Click on "Edit"

I: Select what donor is giving to

H: Click on "

K: Fill in billing information

L: Type in amount

M: Type in yyyy-mm-dd that donation will be charged on donor's card

N: Click on "Add Date"

Repeat M & N as many times as donor would like to donate
