Projects: Creating Planned Giving 

The following article explains how to create a planned or reoccurring giving plan.

 

AClick on "Donor Manager" 

 

BType in Users Last name

       -If they are not in the system then hit "Add New Donor"

CNext to the donor that you've received money from Click on "edit" 

 

 

DClick on "Manage Planned Giving"

EClick on "Add New Plan"

 

FCreate a title

GClick on "OK"

 

HClick on "Edit"

 

 

I: Select what donor is giving to

HClick on "

K: Fill in billing information

L: Type in amount

 

 

M: Type in yyyy-mm-dd that donation will be charged on donor's card

NClick on "Add Date"

 

Repeat M & N as many times as donor would like to donate
