How do I Comment on a Maintenance Request?

Module Menu →  Building / Facilities  → Reports → Show Maintenance Requests

Explanation

Under the Module menu (upper right corner), go to Building / Facilities.
In the toolbar and click on “Reports” and then “Show Maintenance Requests” 

Click on “Comments” next to the corresponding maintenance request

Click on “Add Comments”

Type your comment

Click on “Add Comment”

Click on the white “X”

Your comment has been added
