When a course doesn't appear in the Registration system, there's usually one of two things most people forget: Tuition and Seat Count..
-
Registrars Module → Academic Catalog → Settings: Directory of Courses. Find one of the courses you are missing, click Edit (v5), then click Set Tuition Rate.
-
Make sure that a Tuition Account has been selected.
-
If the course allows it to be audited, select Set Audit Rate, then make sure an Audit Tuition account has been selected
-
Registrars Module → Academic Catalog → Academic Calendar (by course)
-
Enter in the 4 digit Academic Year, then click Get Report
-
Select the course in question, then click Refresh
-
Find the semester/cohort the course is missing from, then click Edit on the right
-
On the next page, click the Location tab. Make sure the Building, Room and Seat Count has been set.
-
As a side note, if you're allowing an "unlimited" number of students to register into the course (i.e. like online courses), then you need to still set a seat count. You can set it to a large number like 500 or 1000, so that it'll still show up in the registration system.
