How do I add a new Location?

Registrars Module → Building / Facility → Locations

You can use the Locations tool to add any Locations to the system.  A Location can be a place where either a student can be located, or a course could be taught.  These can be things like Branch Campuses, Extension/Teaching  Sites, or Additional Locations.

A Location Status of “Open” means that you are actively using this location, or “Closed” if you no longer need the Location to be available.

 

You can click on the “Edit” button to add additional details for your Location, like the physical address or Department of Education Identification Number.

Use the “Add New Location” button at the top of the screen to create your new Location.  Enter in the name you would like your Location to be in the pop-up box, then click OK.
