A: Under Navigation go to "Registrar"

B: Click on "Settings"

C: Click on "Programs"

D: Click on "edit"

E: Click on "Clone"

F: Click on "clone"

G: Type in the year

H: Click on "OK"

I: Program has successfully been cloned
