How do I Monitor My Monthly SNS Usage?

“SNS” stands for “Simple Notification Service”. SNS is a way for you to reach your users/ students through mass text messages. You will be able to reach them by sending texts from the OASIS system to your user’s mobile devices. We have tools that will help you monitor the usage of texts that your institute is using. This article will walk you through the process of checking your account.

You will need to begin by logging into the “Recruitment” dashboard.  

From the Recruitment dashboard click on the “Text Message” icon.

On the main “Text Message” dashboard you will need to click on the fifth “Usage History” (taking you to a new window) 

The “Usage History” will come up with the current year and all months for that year, but you will be able to choose a certain year and month. Allowing you to manage a certain month or review a certain year. 

You can choose the year and the months from the drop down menu and click on the “update report” button  (on the left of the screen).  This will give you the ability to view lots of information about the usage for your account. You will be able to see when they were sent, by whom, how many parts/ segments, how much it cost you, if it was successfully sent, and what the message was.
