How do you invoice the registration cart?

Navigation Path
Finance Module → Registration → Billable Courses

This report shows all items sitting in various shopping carts within the system.

From the data table that shows up after following the above navigation path select the “Ticket / Tag” icon next to the users name.

  • Select which items you wish to invoice.
  • Edit / Verify the item invoice amount
  • Select Invoice date
  • Select Year that you wish to apply this invoice to
  • Select Cohort that you wish to apply this invoice to
  • Select the BLUE Post New Invoice or Add to Existing Invoice button

It is important to note that a student may NOT gain access to assignments or receive any grading until the course has been billed.  Once the course has been billed the invoice will show up in the student’s general ledger as an amount payable and the faculty member may now interact with the student.
