Setting up the Chart of Accounts

A: Under Navigation go to "Finance"

B: Click on "Settings"

C: Click on "Chart of Accounts"

D: Tuition = Is what will be billed

E: General Fees = Unspecified Fees

F: Course Fees = Fee for taking the class

G: Reg Day Fees = Fees due on registration day

H: Student Life Fees = Fees like parking passes, student IDs, Housing, ect.

I: Tax = Government Sales Tax (GST)
