Scholarship: Enabling Academic Scholarships

A: Under Navigation go to "System Administrator"

B: Click on "Settings"

C: Click on "Athletics"

D: Click on "Enable Athletics Portal"

**First your program will need an Athletic Director**

E: Type in the user's name

F: Click on "Search"

- Click on the user

G: Click on "Add New Athletic Director"

H: Athletic Director successfully added

**Next you will need Coaches, Trainers, Athletes, Managers and Marketing Directors**

I: Under Navigation go to "Athletics"

J: Click on "Athletic Director"

K: Click on "Program Directory"

L: Click on "Manage"

M: To add a new season

- Click on "add new season"

N: To manage a roster

- Click on "manage roster"

O: First add a head coach the same way the athletic director was added (E-G)

P: Next fill out the rest of the roster using the same steps (E-G)
