Sharing Reports With Others

 

The Custom Reports function is available under every major tool bar...

Development, Admissions, Registrar, Finance and Library

 

AUnder Navigation go to "Recruitment/Admissions"

B: Click on "Customs Reports"

CClick on "edit"

 

DType in the user's name that you wish to share the document with 

EClick on "add user"

FClick on the drop down box

G: Click on "edit"  or  "readOnly"

H: Click on "add share"

 

I: User has been added

            - if this is the wrong user ... click the red button that says "delete share"
