Emails
The "Events" function is available under every major tool bar...
Development, Admissions, Registrar, Finance and Library
A: Under Navigation go to "Recruitment/Admissions"
B: Click on "Events"
C: Click on "Manage"
D: Click on "edit event components"
E: Click on the drop down box
F: Click on "email" or "send email"
-They do the same function
G: Click on "edit"
H: Click on box and select "Open" or Closed"
I: Type in sender's email address
J: Enter '0' if this is to be emailed from the recipient, otherwise enter in the email address if your intention is to email someone other than the form recipient.
K: Click on the box to select your letter
- If no letters appear then return to the main dashboard, select letters and create a letter

L: Click on "Update Event Component"
M: Click on "View As PDF" to see the letter
